Plektrum’s club nights are on special spaces focusing events where well-known dj-s and live acts meet professional visualizations. It is a long prepared musical experience with space specific vj-art and decorations. This year Plektrum’s main club event takes place in Estonian Academy of Arts.
Henrik Schwarz / Sunday Music – K7! – Innervisons, Berlin
Before a career in music and founding the label Sunday Music he worked as a graphic designer. He has remixed many very well known names like Mari Boine (Universal), Kuniyuki (Mule Musiq), Tosca (G-Stone), Ethnic Heritage Ensemble (Deeper Soul), James Brown, Dark Globe feat. Boy George, Omar feat. Stevie Wonder, Jazzanova, Jesse Rose, Detroit Experiment, etc. Schwarz’s EP’s „Walk a Mile in My Shoes“ became one of the biggest club hits of 2006, „Leave My Head Alone Brain“ bridged unexpectedly the gap between jazz and techno and soul. With his hypnotic skills and unbelivable touch in music Henrik Schwarz is today one of the most expected artist in club music industry.
Lil Tony / Innervisions, Helsinki
DJ Lil’ Tony is the central character in Helsinki club scene. He’s also a producer, promoter, member of Nuspirit Helsinki and the creator of project Future Beat Investigatigators. Lil’ Tony’s main musical influences are UR, Harvey, Ron Hardy, Ron Trent, Chez Damier, Theo Parrish, Marvin Gaye, Moodyman, Blaze, Murk, Carl Craig and Basic Channel.

Tormis Remixed

Ulmeplaadid presents a new album „Laulu jäävuse seadus (Redaktsioon 2009)” that features remixes of Veljo Tormis’ works from 1950-1991. Multi-processed runic melodies are used on the album which reflect today’s environment even more adequately than traditional music.
Odessa POP
